For over 50 years, Chris Sarandon has continued to grace TV and silver screens, as well as on and off Broadway productions and soundtracks. 

Film

According to Chris Sarandon's IMDb filmography, he has acted in 60 films. Many of these films were created for TV release only. For example, Chris Sarandon played two roles in the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie A Tale of Two Cities. Other films, such as Child's Play and The Princess Bride, premiered in movie theaters (IMDb.com, Inc., 2022).

Television

Since becoming an actor, Chris Sarandon has performed in over 30 television shows. Many of these roles were guest spots, including his portrayal as the Necromancer in an episode of Charmed. According to IMDb.com, Chris Sarandon first began his professional acting career on Guiding Light, a TV show filmed during the 70s (IMDb.com, Inc., 2022).

Broadway Theater

Chris Sarandon has performed in seven Broadway shows over the past 37 years. These plays include: The Rothchilds, Two Gentleman of Verona, Censored Scenes from King Kong, Nick & Nora, The Light in the Piazza, and Cyrano de Bergerac (Playbill, 2022). The seventh Broadway play Sarandon performed in, titled Broadway, was cancelled while on the road (Wisdom Digital Media, 2022).

Fun Fact #8

Chris Sarandon shared the Broadway stage with other famous West Virginia native Jennifer Garner in 2007. They were both in the production of Cyrano de Bergerac.
